Bright classic twin room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Had a safe box, TV and a mini-fridge-bar. Favourable location in a good area so close to airport, Schonbrunn Palace and centre of Vienna, the shops and the underground, and the pedestrian road. For tea or coffee visit Paolo Bortolotti nearby.

Breakfast. Unsurpassed. Very rich and varied. It's buffet and there's something for everyone. The delicious melange coffee. The attention of the staff, attentive to help. Only it is important to speak and understand English to make things easier. The language barrier can be uncomfortable for a tourist who only speaks Spanish.
The air conditioning wasn't working well, it felt more like a fan. Despite the low temperatures in the city, the room was very hot. We had to open the windows so we could sleep cool, and since it is winter, the outside air cooled the room. The other thing we didn't like was the bed. Two twin beds joined together, which for a couple is not at all comfortable. We went on a trip for our wedding anniversary and Valentine's Day, what we never imagined was that we would sleep in a big but divided bed, and of course you can feel the division. The worst thing was that we did not rest well because the sheets and duvet were itchy. For some reason my husband and I were barely sleeping, and we felt very itchy, like little ants crawling all over our skin and stinging it. Very unpleasant. Very elegant hotel, big spaces, but those two things, ventilation and bed, ended with a pleasant stay. Finally, and this is important for you to know that none of the staff speak Spanish. Only English and German.

Nice and clean facilities, kind staff. room is very spacious and comfortable. They provide you with toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, they take care of the detail in all the facilities. great breakfast, sweet, salty, fruit, tea selection... good. What a wonderful air conditioning, you arrive at the hotel after having been visiting the city at 35º! hahaa. It's not a central hotel, it makes up for it with the service, facilities and very close public transport. It also has a very busy shopping street nearby that takes you to the center of Vienna.
Ainnnsss, he asks me the application. What didn't you like? I must say, the mattress, the hardest on the market I suppose. The pleasure of getting to your room, fresh, clean, spacious, . . . breaks the magic a little when you can't rest. . . I have to say that I read a comment about it when I made the reservation, I thought it wouldn't be so bad.

The Austria Trend Hotel was excellent value for money, providing a comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and a lively shopping and dining area. The staff, especially Ivan at the front desk, were kind and helpful in resolving any issues we had.
Breakfast delights could have been better with more variety and options.
